Short of the grips, that is one of my quest guns. I think you'll enjoy it.

Very nice looking.
I have mine in hand now. Wasn't sure I was gonna keep it until I got it in hand. There is no doubt now though. It is staying with me.
Just took it out back with an empty diaper box and a box of PMC shells that I've had sitting around (they were the only 44's I had handy). With that poor ammo and just playing I was clustering them tight. Now I just gotta get some Garrett's to use until I get a load figured out.
And figure out what I'm gonna sell to find the projects I was originally looking to do when I made this trade. Anybody want a new production Winchester 1886 Extra Light 45-70 by any chance? Lol.

I have seen this gun in person and it is a beautiful example of John Gallagher's work.

Love the barrel & sight, if it had a gunfighter grip IMO I would love it. I like my Bisley but not the grip, have never gotten used to it and the factory ruger grips are the worst looking most uncomfortable pair I had on any ruger I own. I saw some compressed aged ivory that look like they might be nice. Could always get a 440 corbon cylinder that's different like you I like things that are different. I just listed my 79 colt sp1 w/colt accessories, cz 52 in box w/ammo and accessories for sale to fund some projects, and I light list my S&W m53 22 rem jet w/new brass dies etc as well. Then I could get some stuff done.

I found something else that is closer to what I was originally after. Only way I can afford to make it happen with a six month old at the house. I did not know babies could eat that much.

Already sold. I figured just saying I was planning on doing so would result in it being gone before I ever got it listed. Wanted to give the guys on here a shot at it first.
