Am working OT and not finding the time to get with friend and make progress with my own mold. Do want to try some of these and have to compare to home cast when that happens. Recall seeing both of Lee's 475 bullets on somebodies website, now cannot find or remember and gotta leave soon for 11am-11pm shift. Help !

This place has them as well as many other styles. I ordered some from western and I have been unable to get the to shoot in my BSBH 480. They look as though they are not stabilizing. montanabulletworks.com/My mistake apparently the above company does not offer the Lee bullet. Lots of others though.

Thank You for the reply anyway. MBW in my favorites though I haven't ordered from them yet. Wonder why you couldn't get the Lee 400gr to stabilize ? If you've some thoughts, I'd like to hear them since I'm on the same path and will be along shortly !

Wish Matt played in the .475 bore 'hood, powder coated, and would move into the house down the road.. Like Missourri's coated 480 bullet, but would like more weight and meplat.

I ordered from the website with no issues.
Couldn't tell you why they don't shoot but they don't. The "groups" look like a buckshot pattern at 25 yards. Now I'll admit I haven't put a lot of rounds down range yet so it could be me. However the 325 grain GC lee bullet shoots just fine as did the 400&325 grain XTP factory ammo.
I had a few 400 grainers left and they made oval holes at 50 yards so they are not quite stabilizing, I suspect they are slightly undersized.

Those Missouri 340gr bullets are reasonably priced and have been shooting really well for me. I just got 100 of the 400gr from Western Bullet to load but it might be a while before those find their way into a case. I'm hoping they shoot well since the price was right.
I should mention WBC takes forever to ship, but they did eventually show up.
