Thanks to the potatojudge's help, this gun is coming to Oregon and correcting one of my few gun regrets. I sold the twin to this gun over 30 years ago and have kicked myself ever since. Originally I had a pistol pack with 3 barrels so I will start looking for a 4" and an 8" along with a DW case and barrel tool and feeler gauge. It may take awhile but eventually, the set will be recreated.
Thanks for the tip,
Robb

Glad it's going to a good home, and thanks for removing the temptation! Tax season looms and uncertainty means gun buying is on hold for me.
Really is a great looking gun.

Does that gun have a removable barrel, or is it fixed? I couldn't tell from the photo nor from the listing narrative.
I do know this....it's not actually a DAN WESSON. Rather, it's a WESSON FIREARMS gun.

Guess I will find out about the barrel when I pick it up. All the DW guns I have owned were removable barrel guns but we're not Wesson Arms guns like you pointed out.

Of course my DW 41 bore I'm most proud of is the 414 that Alan made for me out of a 357 max

Looks like the big straight six doesn't it? I always wondered what one of those road like as well as one of the Kawasaki Mach III machines.

The Mach IV had the real nasty handling reputation...

majorKAP is that a CBX in the background?? Good eye! It is indeed a 1980 CBX, a very low mileage beauty of one at that. There's a lot of good old stuff in the shop.

Rode it to my favorite watering hole last summer. As I was leaving, I found this gang of thugs admiring it.
