What are the real world prices on these? I have several Marlins, of course I bought before they became so desirable. I am with Rich and His Question... What are real world prices? The 357 really shines in a rifle and carbine, and I think the 41 would be sweet as Texas Honey. I have shot 45's in the 16" and the 20" and MY Trapper is handy and fun. But I think the 20" barrel might give a little edge to things. Help a brother out here and post me prices and Range reports. Charles

I apologize, but a range report will have to wait until I can get to my rifle range.
As far as prices go...my LGS quoted a price of $769 +tax, but they weren't able to get one in fast enough for me. I had been watching GB since they announced and saw prices paid from $900 to $679ish.

Thanks for the info on the prices. 700-750 I have no problem with, I looked at a Henry around Christmas time (it was a different caliber) but I believe I could take a chance with one of them. PS I hardly look at GB,,,,, don't use them.

Gallery of guns has them on sale but haven't had any instock since they went on sale. The other steel BigBoys with the same msrp of 850 are about 690. The others aren't on sale though. So the price should be even lower if they ever get any in stock while still on sale.

Can an individual purchase from Lipseys and just pay FFL fees to avoid local shop markup?

I haven't seen a CCH model - interesting that it's the same model number as blued. Nice.

Limited/special run as I understand it, unless something changes less than 10 of them. Ronnie

Wonder why everything seems to be such a limited edition with the 41mag no matter who makes it??

Probably because folks who like the 41 magnum seem to a pretty limited run! Ronnie
