I like the RCBS tubes. The new ones have nylon tips and seem to work pretty well. Once the old style with fingers get well used they sometimes don't want to pick up. I do manually pick them up from a tray.

I manually load the primer tubes for my Dillon 550B's. I have six tubes for each primer size (small and large).

I use the RCBS primer tubes that I fill using the large Dillon flip tray.

I use the FA Vibraprime. It works very well with CCI primers but not as well with Winchester. CCI's are shiny and smooth, which I think is the difference. Even when it doesn't work perfectly, it is still faster than using the pick-up tool that came with my LnL.
I have a new Hornady 1911 auto prime that I haven't tried yet.

I have a couple Vibra-Primes, and while they're far from perfect and there's a bit of a learning curve on brand and size, what prefers which tricks and techniques, they're cheap and it sure as heck beats poking them one at a time.
