In July I bought a new Caldwell chronograph at Graf & Sons. I used it once, and all was good. Took it out a second time and nothing would work. At first I thought the 2 batteries I tried in the unit were low, but I checked them at home and they're right on the money. So I emailed Graf & Sons to ask what to do at this point... I got an email late yesterday afternoon saying they are shipping me a new one, and no need to send back the defective unit. Now that's what I call Customer Service! Doug

What a nice turn of events! One area of life I still find excellent customer relations is in the firearms industry. Good for you, good for all of us!
Thanks Graf and Sons!

I had one and a friend had one also. They were defective also. Caldwell sent each of a new one also. There are some nice people left on the planet.
