Spray a bit of oil on them and put them in a plastic container.
I have quite a few of his molds. I just keep the spare pins in a plastic bag.

Just mark the bag or container with your sharpie for reference.

A year or so ago, a poster on Cast Boolits recommended Snapware containers. I found some at Publix and bought several in a size that would hold 4 six cavity Lee molds w/o sprue levers. I cut down the storage for a bunch of them considerably.
Since then, I have acquired several for both MP molds and NOE molds and am able to stack without fear of them cascading off the shelf and there is room for the top punches.
I also got some for the 2 or 3 cavity Lyman and RCBS iron molds. The Snapware is air tight but I put in one of those little plastic desiccant doo-dads that are packed with pharmaceuticals(I get them from the pharmacist).
