Anyone have a set of Super Blackhawk grips they'd like to sell? Send me a PM with pics.

No thanks. I'm trying to work up a Blackhawk with a brass Dragoon style trigger guard. Think I'd prefer something more traditional that laminated wood. Appreciate you asking, though.

If you do get a set of pre made grips, don't expect them to fit perfectly. If you're talking about a stock Ruger brass frame I have found that the angles of the grips at the top, differ on one side than the other on the same frame. I've had quite a few brass frames sent to me for grips and have found this to be true on everyone of them. Below is a pic of three frames that were sent to me for the walnut grips you see on them and these three frames all had the same issues.

Cary, I assume when I get my really nice grips, like the ones you've shown, (beautiful, by the way) I'll be sending the grip frame (already prepared) to the grip maker to match them perfectly. If you wouldn't mind, please PM me so we can discuss the cost of your grips.

I just wanted to impress on you the need to have a pair of grips fitted to your grip frame. I know how hard it is for some people to send their grip frame to a grip maker and have half a gun sitting around to look at. But I always tell them that I've never had anyone tell me they were sorry they sent me their frame. All that waiting agony is completely forgotten as soon as they open that package and see a pair of grips that actually fits their grip frame. I hope you find what you are looking for.
