Bullet caster buddy is bringing me 2000 hard cast 200 grain SWCs for my 45 and 2000 hard cast 147 TCs for my 38 Super this week.. Yee Haw! Add 8000 grains of Bullseye, 6000 grains of WST, 2000 large Federal primers, 2000 small Federal primers, 2000 pices of 45 ACP brass, 2000 pieces of 38 Super brass and stir! We will continue pocket pool paper punching here! Better get to the Dillon 1050 and SDB for a morning loading session to prepare for the weekend.
FWIW you old guys who thought you were to old to compete need to come shoot a bullseye match. When I quit in '96 old men on the firing line were unusual. When I started back in '14 Senior and Grand Senior Shooters now make up the major portion of shooters! The Ultra Dot ande AimPoint scopes have brought them back to stay! AND they still shoot good! More revolvers showing up too!

Hey old guys, there's a super-senior at my local USPSA matches. He's roughly 80 and never finishes outside the top five, frequently wins. And that's run n gun shooting.
Get out there and try something new!

Stan, who buids your Bulleye guns? Or maybe STI or SV? Loved USPSA for many, many years of revolver.

I always shot a S&W 610 revolver loaded with 40's using a 205 gr. RN cast bullet to make major power factor with 3.7 grs. of WST. Shot 54,000 rounds in 2005, was ranked #1 in the nation in A class revolver & #6 overall nationally. There was 1 Grandmaster & 4 masters ahead of me. Back surgery cured all that!! I think there's still a couple of UTube videos out there, one is 2 targets, 6 shots from the draw in 1.89 seconds. The other is 9 targets, 18 shots with 2 reloads & 5 of the targets through a window in just over 9 seconds, can't remember. It was some fun stuff, traveled all over to different matches.

My current gunsmith is KC Crawford. He is a retired marine armorer. He builds a good gun and you can actually talk to him on the phone and he talks back. FWIW I'm not sure who is building revolvers for pocket pool shooters. The local shooters I run with generally shoot the stock guns required in the CMP Distinguished Service Revolver match. I'm sure the guys shooting revolvers across the board and shooting well are having them modified with custom barrels, cylinders, and tuned actions by somebody. Most likely one of the few guys who build revolvers for PPC. www.kcskustomcreations.com/
