looks like I couldn't wait for Ruger to build an LCR-X in 22 Magnum... plus I couldn't overlook the 7 round capacity of the S&W ( unlikely Ruger will punch an extra hole??? )
gun is used. but has less than a box of ammo through it... I've been stocking up on Speer Gold Dot Short barrel ammo in anticipation of buying a 22 Mag snubbie...
anyone else have one of these??? only complaints I've heard, is the typical heavy rim fire double action trigger pull... the PD has a hammer & I've heard the single action pull is pretty decent

Mine is in my front pocket right now in a holster Rob Leahy made for me.
That Rob is a great guy and his pocket holster is the excellent!

A friend has both the companion guns in .22 Long Rifle and .38 Special.... I have shot both and they are good shooters.
Did you consider the Ruger LCR in .22 Magnum...the trigger pulls on that series is much less than the S&W Js...

I actually did not consider the regular LCR, but would buy an LCR-X if they had one out... I bought an LCR-X in 38 Special around last Christmas & like the gun... but prefer a hammer on my snubbies... the S&W holds one more round... if I had been buying the 351-C I certainly would have likely given the LCR the nod...
