Neat blog. I'm close to Ithaca it was always neat to see the stack from a distance when you came into Ithaca. Close to Cornell college.
One that you could add is L C Smith. It was located in Fulton N. Y. Know as The Hunter Arms Company. Also Savage located in Utica and Fox shotguns located in Philly and later Utica.

USFA didn't go under in 2011. They stopped producing revolvers in late 2012.
The old Colt factory is going to be converted into a museum and national park called Coltsville.

The area of Hartford surrounding the old Colt factory is a ghetto. I was a little leery of even getting out of the car to take pictures of Armsmear. It was a little better at the Wadsworth Atheneum.
