While living in Alberta over the past five years I acquired and imported a number of firearms, some fairly difficult to find in the US. This is probably one of my favorites so I thought I would share, particularly for the Mauser fans out there. It is a Walther Model B Sporter in 8x57 in what appears to be unfired condition.
And sitting next to its little brother on the left, a Walther 7x57 also acquired in Alberta. The 7x57 has been hunted and proved to be darn accurate with the 139 gr Hornady spire point.
I really want to go after my next elk with the 8x57 and the 200 gr Partition.
