I'd been weighing the next revolver purchase for a few months and got to wrap my paws around it today. After a lot of talking, asking, looking and reading I went with a Super Redhawk in .454. Already set up to load the .460 S&W as well as the .45 Colt so the Casull made sense in that aspect.
Now time to find a south Arkansas pine rooter and get it bloody.

Where 'bouts in Arkansas are you? I live in the "suburbs" of Pencil Bluff. Starting to get more and more hogs around here in the National Forest.

Grant County. Our hogs are fewer than they used to be but still a few are too many. I've never been through Pencil Bluff but understand your suburbs are bustling. Near metropolitan.

TOOK A 6X7 ELK AND A MEAT BUFFALO THE FIRST WEEK OF OCTOBER WITH MINE. COOKIN' UP BISON TACO MEAT AND ELK SAUSAGE TONIGHT FOR EATING OVER THE NEXT WEEK.

I agree. Bought the new Super Redhawks in 454 and 480. They out shoot many of my customs.
You will not regret your purchase.
