I have a couple feelers out but still no ceegar. I have a beautiful No. 1 I recently purchased that unfortunately has several cracks around the tang on the pistol grip. Its been re-barreled so Ruger will NOT touch it, thanks Ruger!! Anyway, so I need a buttstock. All buttstocks are the same and should fit any No.1 as I understand it. Been to ebay etc. Found one set on GB but has a bid and closes in 3 days or so. Looking for a factory buttstock. I can use the pad and pg cap off mine. If anyone knows of one or has one laying around let me know, otherwise its going back east for a custom replacement and about 3 months wait. Thanks!!
