Heard a lot of talk about it for a while with everyone wondering about it. This is the first pic that I've run accross. A little to "blingy" for my tastes. It might look nice in a case under glass on a wall. I don't think it would look too cool with a cylinder rub line on it. What are your thoughts?  |

Doesn't fit my "set." Squint one eye, cross the other, and picture the gun in claro walnut... Just doesn't work for me!  |

I don't think it would look too cool with a cylinder rub line on it. It would look cool if it could be had for really cheap. ;D I'm not much for the "bling" guns either, but now & then I run across one that's priced right in the shooter neighborhood. One day I'll get a bling gun cheap & be the guy on the firing line with a gold plated revolver...blazing away.  |

I appreciate engraved firearms and scrimshaw when it's subtle and tasteful. In my opinion the Zapata gun doesn't fit either of those criteria.
