the scarce, out of production, marlin 94 in 32 H&R is easily converted to .327' a friend of mine told me he checked his and it would feed 327 with no modifications, and eject the cases. he obtained a reamer, reamed it and he now has a 327 lever gun. he did this several months ago and no problems at all.
i checked my marlin 94 32 H&R and it too feeds and ejects 327 with no problem, so he is going to loan me the reamer and i will do the same.
no need to re-mark the gun since it still works fine with the standard ammo.
of course, those little marlins are really scarce and now bring premium prices. glad a got mine a while back.

That should make a great little carry gun. I bought one of the 501 Octagon barreled Marlin 32-20 WCFs a few years back. Loaded with Starline Brass and Paco Kelly loads it's a better killer than it's small size indicates. The same should be true of the 327 Federal and it would be nice to see Marlin pick it up. I recently had a T/C Contender carbine 22" built for the 327 Federal and it handles anything from 32 ACP to 327 Mag due to it's single shot configuration. I begin testing different loads next week and looking forward to seeing what this little round will do out of the longer barrel. A friend and I worked out his 21" 30 Carbine T/C a few years back and I expect similar results from the 327 Fed. Lil Gun really shines with longer barrels and that's where I will start. Case life was indefinite with the 30 Carbine due to low pressure, while at the same time providing best ballistics. I will report findings here and hope others do as well.
