I was wondering if anyone knew if a GP-100 could handle the 360 DW cartridge. It seems like it'd be strong enough to handle it, but I wanted to know for sure.
That, and how much more power does the DW round offer.
Any info would help. Thanks. -K

The cylinder length on the GP100 will not allow you to use the extra length of the 360 case to any advantage.

The .360DW has an overall length of 1.71"-1.76" so it won't fit. I was told that a .357SIG lengthened by using 10mm Magnum brass will fit, but I can't confirm this as I didn't see the revolver. The necessary extractor clips are from Clemens for his 10mm conversion.

Still, the ballistics aren't significantly better than the 357 magnum

358156, the 10mm Magnum would create a case approx. 1.25" long; much longer than the 9x25mm Dillon. okie44, the .357-44 B&D won't fit in a GP-100. It's too large in diameter.
