Just got home from the auto shop after spending just shy of two grand in tires and suspension work, pretty happy to have everything back in good working order. Ran back out to my truck a minute ago to grab a box and discover a door-ding about 5 inches long on the passenger side. Plus some swapped paint. So much for feeling happy about my truck...

Just this eve here in Korea, hours ago, I had a materials management guy that works for me give me (we) a ride near my grocery store so I can gather some viddles and hike the hill to my apartment. In doing so he clipped another parked van as most streets are one lane. I felt bad, he took it as "oh well" and went into the hotel hoping that the owner was a guest. I will know and approve the outcome on Monday...

I've been reminded several times since i wrote this thread just how good i have it. For example, the member (was it king6?) who had a house fire. So, even though it's upsetting, i think the thread title is appropriate. I'll lay around and moan in agony for a minute, but I'll be fine.
