Thanks for sharing coltfan that is a sweetheart! I finally get to pick mine up on Friday afternoon! It's got crappy rubber grips now, but I'm going to find a pretty chunk of walnut and have Culina make a beautiful set of target grips for it.

Thanks, It was on consignment. Best I can figure is the previous owner must have been in need of cash to sell it at that price. I wasn't looking for one and certainly didn't "need" it, but at that price I just couldn't pass it up.
.......Oh yeah, I never did give a range report. It shoots great with both .38 and .357, the action is really slick, I love this gun. Now it doesn't shoot any "better" than my model 28, but then I've had that for years and put 1000's of rounds through it. This Python is a keeper and I won't be selling it anytime soon.
