Grabbed a quick picture while cleaning some stuff in the safe. Arisaka 99, Douglas barrel, Redfield Aperture sight, curly maple stock with cheek rest.

yep... that ones purdy... love the 45-70 cartridge, & have many guns chambered for it... always wanted a bolt action...

Thanks guys. Shooting Ruger level loads out of it. Gun shoots better then I do that is for sure. Good Bear medicine.
Next up in the long list of things to do is a Turkish Mauser.
