Way to go, that one's a beauty! The brass grip frame looks really sharp on that one.

You don't see one of those everyday. I would like to know who did the work, maybe someone here will spot the maker's mark and let us know. Good find and thanks for sharing. BB

I blow up the picture of the bottom of the frame and it looks like an eagle to me. How uses or used an eagle for a trade mark. Oh yea, thats one beautiful gun. Bill

Looks like that bird mentioned in zeus' earlier post from his trip to the petting zoo.
"an eagle (fractured wing and would never be able to be released to the wild again) on loan from the US gov."
Very nice gun. I'd sure like to stumble across one like that somewhere.

Bob.....I gotta admit, I'm envious on this one. Great looking Seville and the price couldn't be beat. You ought to call John Linebaugh and see if he can provide some history on the gun. Brass gripframe, octagonal barrel, oversized 45 Colt cylinder, clean looking grips.....seriously, that's one of the slickest Seville customs I've seen in a long time. Can't wait to find out more about it. -Lee www.singleactions.com

Questions: Would John L stamp" Seville Cal 45" on the barrel?
Would he have replaced the steel backstrap with Brass?
Would he use an Octagon barrel?
Just my questions.
