Anybody have any experience with the Lee Cast Bullet Sizers? I was thinking of ordering one for my 475 linebaugh, sizing with the Lee and then pan lubing. Or should I go out and just buy a Lyman or RCBS lubrisizer. I really don't mind the pan lubing since I won't be casting large quanities.
Thanks.

If you are refering to the Lee push thru size die, Yes, I had one untill recently for my .475 Linebaugh. It worked very well but I think it was a special order.? I gave it to the fellow who bought my .475 linebaugh. My last special order from Lee took about 5 months to receive and I still have two orders pending.

Thanks for the info. The price is right so I will get my order in soon and just wait for it to arrive.

Another option to pan lubing is just to use Lee liquid alox. That is what I was doing. Very fast and easy.

I was thinking of doing both. I didn't think it could do too much harm, but would ensure that the bullets are adequately lubed. I may still get a lubrisizer set-up eventually, but I think the Lee would serve well for small quick and easy casting jobs.

Go over to castboolits.gunloads and look for Buckshot. He makes sizers of various type to order (as well as converts moulds to hollowpoint and other machinist skills.) They rib him a lot about insomnia and working nights, but no one has posted a negative comment about the quality of his work.
