Does anyone here have any experiences good or bad with Brockman's rifles? I am contemplating modifying one of my Marlin 336s and am considering having Brockman's do the rechamber ot 30-30 AI, putting in his cartridge trap, and side sling swivels and one of his winged front sights with the tritium inserts (no rear as I like my Lyman peep), a general dehorning, and if he'll do it converting it to a straight grip. Pictures of his work would be appreciated as I haven't really seen to much of it, and word of mouth has been mixed around here.

I don't own any, but I've seen many of his conversions at several different SCI Conventions, and they were all nicely done. Jim West of Wild West Guns in Anchorage is another who has done some very nice work.

I bought a set of his sights for my Guide Gun. If he builds guns as good as his sights you will be in for a treat. My front sight is a Gen II without the tritium insert, the post was a bit to wide for me and I milled it thinner. If you don't like wide post sights you may not like the tritium sight? Here is mine thinned to .075”
