New member and needing some help. I recently purchased a Zip gun which now seems plagued with feed problems. If u go to the Zip site they have one heck of a site promoting this gun.Anyway these pistols are all having problems. I emailed Mr.Donnelly who is Ceo of the USFA/Zip company. They have no number to speak in person with so email is only option. So I sent Doug Donnelly an email stating the issues that I an so many others were experiencing on AUG.16. Well in a day he responed that he would send fedx to pick up the gun which did happen.Doug emailed stating I would have it back in two weeks. Well I emailed Doug Sept 4th asking progress. He sent me an email with a fedx tracking # saying it was onits way.Well days went by and nothing ever came. I called fedx with the tracking # which they said was bogus. Now i'm getting worried. I then proceed to send another email to the company but I get a return email saying its no longer.good. I just been had an am out of a gun. I tried calling BBB who said they moved just recently and were getting other complaints of no guns being returned. So this is just a heads up not to do any buss

Hmm I smell a troll. I'm not saying USFA/Zip is doing anything right or wrong but this posts just seems like troll post.

There are major issues with the ZIP, not the least of which is that you have to put your finger in front of the barrel to work the action. They are pretty much junk....
Does seem like a weird 1st post though.

I am honest about this message.I know the gun does not cost a lot. But being ripped off by a company who I put faith in to make repairs I'd totally dishonest. I gave Doug the benefit of doubt but each day passes and no more replies from him. Then I find out the shop moved but no one knows where.

Contact your local BATF office as well as your State Attorney Generals office....... had a similiar thing happen to a friend of mine some years back and the ATF "got involved" and he had his receiver in no time. Sounds like something shady to me............

Pardon the suspicion, but it does set off alarms when somebody registers on a forum just to complain about somebody else.
