I recently bought Toby (mellonhead)'s Paradox conversion. This one is 4&3/4" with the straight through chambers and uses shortened .460 S&W brass.
I have spoken with him about load data and plan to speak with him more. I have also read what Bowen and Seyfried have to say on the subject.
I know this isn't the only Paradox on the forum so I thought I would start a thread for load data on these beasts, whether for shot, round balls, or boolits.
I will post up my trials and tribulations with this one as I develop loads.

Seyfried's article lists 9gr of Universal Clays behind a .45 cal Ox Yoke wonder wad, topped with 215gr of #9 and a cut down card wad for his shot load. He says velocity is 1260fps and patterns are good to 20yds.
His boolit load is 20gr of 296, a CCI350, and an Ox Yoke wonder wad behind a 300gr WFN that has had a 1/4" radius cut out of it's bearing surface with no lube in the grooves.
He also said 10gr of Blue Dot behind most boolits had worked, but he wanted a full hunting load.
His round ball load is listed as a .456" ball over a wonder wad and 4gr of Bullseye.

I think I forgot to put the shotshell data in the box. I was using 6 grains of Hodgdons Clays under 2 of the cut felt wads, a case full of #9 shot then topped of with a soda can gascheck. Give me a call if you need any info.

That was just regular "Clays" and not Universal Clays, right?
I plan to give you a call, just haven't had the opportunity yet. I did figure out the freechex tool pretty quickly.

This is all I've got for now. I have pattern pics, but I mixed them up and don't remember wich load was which pattern. Doesn't really matter, as only 2 nearly identical loads patterned well - Toby's load from above an the same load with .5gr less of 700x instead of Clays. I have a stainless SBH grip frame I'm planning to put on this revolver. The round you see is a sample dummy that Toby sent with the die set. I haven't gotten around to shootin boolits yet.
