The top and legs come right off allowing the trailer to be used for other duties such as hauling my sister-in-laws furniture around etc. etc. At least that is what I told my wife when I bought it.

There was a brisk wind that day and ordinarily I would not waste my ammo in that kind of a breeze. To my delight, I was able to hold Very steady on the new bench. No bouncing after the shot and the spotting scope remained on the target throughout the test.

Nice job... looks very versatile... Been going to build one for myself... my shooting range is 300 yards, but I could get out to 600 - 700 yards if I shot from my driveway to my backstop, so I've been planning something similar for a while now
