We just built for simular to that with some scap PVC and new t joints. Mil Park tagets slide right in the grove. Thanks, PAPA good idea. cheaper and lighter than my old 2x4 stands

Not as portable, but I collect wire frames from liberal campaign signs. Not saying if I wait till the election is over either.

that corrugated plastic that is used for campaign signs works great! McMillan Precision, uses 12-20 layers of old campaign sighns for a back drop to attach targets to. We made for of Papa's poor boy PVC stands. They work great. We had about 30 shooters using them, a bunch of young new shooters. The only problem was when a smart alecky friend of mine "missed" a few times and shattered the cross pieces.
