Ok folks... Fermin was all put out because I haven't posted a fishscale holster for sale lately, him believing that fishscale would be more popular than basket stamping. Here's the challenge... I have two holsters for sale, one basket stamped and the other fishscale stamped. Question is, which one will sell first?! Granted, they aren't the same holster model, but the guns they are built for should prove to make this interesting First up, a Fishscale stamped Northwest Mountain Companion built for Ruger Midframe/Colt New Frontier 4 5/8-4 3/4", for a 1 1/2" belt. Next we have a prototype holster featuring vintage styling and basket stamping for a fullsize 1911. Built for a 1 1/2" belt, this holster has an FBI style cant and classic lines. It should be noted that the leather rides high on the slide, and may not work with some rear sights. I've included a photo with my Government model in the holster to illustrate the fit. To keep this as fair as possible, I am pricing these holsters the same just for this contest. Price for either holster is $150.00 shipped. Add 3% for credit cards. First "I'll take it" get's it!!

If the Northwest Mountain Companion is a Rt. handed crossdraw I'll take it.

Not a real fair contest Barranti. You gonna bring two holsters to a single action site and one of them fits a 1911??? Come on now, that just GIVES it to Fermin. His head don't need to be no bigger!!! I still say basket looks better.

I've got basketweave stamped holsters out the wazoo - both the small pattern, and the large pattern shown above, and I like 'em a lot. But I'm thinking my next one will be fishscale stamped, along with a custom belt done the same way. Geez ... don't you just hate it when Fermin is right?

He isn't, dont even put that idea in his head! This just goes to show the whole country has lost their mind. I had hope for the other 50 million, now I'm worried

Shame that Northwest Companion hadn't been in basketweave--bet it would have been pretty.
