Took a walk with one of my favorite trail guns the other day...and a couple of my favorite buddies...Grips are walnut (with medallions from a much younger Ruger) Pvt Schultz IIRC...Enjoy Belt Knife ("Maverick Colt" model) is by Blind Horse Knives... If someone said "empty your pockets"...this is what they may see. EP Saddlery 1920 Crossdraw "Channah" is the farmers German Shepherd, yep, a Jewish name for a German Shepherd. "Elmer Keith" is my trail pardner...

So Curt, how does that one shoot? Is it really accurate or is it a candidate for a 257 Jackrabbit conversion??

Well Fermin...It shoots as good as any I've had and loves those quiet 22 longs for some reason...
however....
Is it a candidate for the .257 Jack Rabbit?
ABSOLUTELY!...Why do you think I am spending time with her now before her "augmentation" surgery? Bigger is better right... ;D

Whooee...elephant hide....high cotton my friend.
I hope he doesn't need help harvesting said elephant, last time out I had to gut the deer cut down by the Barranti gang...I may need a bigger knife. Which, in Doc's defense, he actually provided...

Ole Doc has some nasty looking knives. Always threatening to trim me with em too!
Good thing you gutted his deer tho. He would have prolly cut his foot off...
