Nope. This round is designed to work in rebored 22 Single-Six cylinders. -Lee www.singleactions.com. Lee are you saying that a 22(rimfire)single six can be used? Or just the cylinder rebored. This is way cool!!! "Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Foxtrapper, if I understand your question correctly, let me try to answer. This conversion is aimed at all those Single Sixes that dont shoot for beans, especially in 22 magnum. What we are hoping to end up with is a updated 25-20 WCF in a package that is the Single Six. To get there, we have to do the following:
Convert the original Single Six from rimfire to centerfire. Rechamber the original cylinder. Install a 25 caliber barrel.
25-20 cases will need to be trimmed. Custom dies will be needed. Fireforming to final chamber dimension of the parent case will be necessary.
What you will end up with is a very powerful, accurate, flat shooting small bore that should be a killer of the first order. I can only imagine how many of you could put such a sixgun to good use.
Did I leave anything out...?

Well, a rechamber normally runs about 150. A barrel will likely be 250 and up. I would also think that you could get the rimfire to centerfire conversion for 175 or so. So, around 600 would be a safe bet.
Remember, Lee never said he would smith the things, only that he would build/loan the reamer and make dies. Of course, far be it for me to speak for Lee. Im sure he will clarify if I am incorrect. I only mention it in an effort to answer your question.

Thanks Dogs. Figured that the conversion would be on the ss32hr but when I read 22 I gots confused ;DI also did not know for less then two hundred you can go from rimfire to center fire ,sans barrel.

You certainly can do it on a 32, but you will need a custom cylinder and a barrel.

Would this be possible with a bearcat?

I dont know, I dont have one to measure the cylinder to see if its long enough.
They build 32's and 327s on Bearcats, so I sure if you were willing to pony up for a custom cylinder you could do it.

I guess my 3 new boxes of 25-20 won't do any good, such as fire forming or ?

25-20 brass is the 257 Jackrabbit's parent hull. The forming process should be: 1) FL size a fired 25-20 in the Jackrabbit die 2) Trim the neck to achieve 1.15" case length 3) Fire-form I'll need to confirm this though once the reamers and dies are made. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Hey Dawgs! If you got it, spend it! You buy that fixed sight Bisley SS I saw on GB? I'm still planning on my 25 bore Ruger to be a Reeder 255 Banshee. Custom 8 shot cylinder Blackhawk with 8 inches of barrel and a full length hornet case. Might be a little big and heavy but when I scope it all those small gun advantages will vanish anyway. Might need to spend a little more time in the weight room to build up these sphagetti arms while I wait!
