last week, but it took my step daughter to get it to here. Erik hollow pointed this mould for me for my 300 GNR. Sized to .309. It is a 107 gr. LBT/FN that now drops a 100 gr. HP. What little I have shot this bullet I think it is going to be great on rock chucks and coyotes.

Wow, let us 300 gnr owners know how it works, probably work good in a 327 mag. What tool did you use to size and lube? Thanks

Sal, I used a Lee push through die to size and check then a RCBS for the lube.

s1308.beta.photobucket.com/user/markbconner/media/002_zpse4092442.jpg.html?sort=3&o=0Sal, I posted this on Reeder's sight, don't know if you saw it or not. This was the first time I shot this bullet, darn good shooting for me. Actually there are 7 shots on the plate. I thought the 5th shot missed, I did not see the plate move any more than it was before the shot. It hit in the divot just in front of the right chain so I put another round in that chamber and tried again making a hit. The distance was about 65 yards, sitting with my back braced against the bumper of the pickup and forearms resting on my knees. The plate is 6.75"

That plate has seen some WORK!! I love pics like that.
A pic of the 300GNR in question couldnt hurt anything either. I use the 4th image link option on photobucket to paste them.

Saw this in the photobucket file with the plate.. Looks like mine down to the weaver no drill mount.. ![](http://i1308.photobucket.com/albums/s601/markbconner/image1_zps5c36236d.jpeg) Here is a shot of mine without the scope mount. It has Bisley parts. FWIW this is a simple caliber conversion on a 30 Carbine BH. A $250 job and Gary has dies in stock.. ![](http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z110/agb1368/Reeder%20Customs/300%20GNR/001-44.jpg)

Good morning Axe. That pic is my son's 300, he shot the chucks in pics 3,5,and 7 with it. The pic with the exit hole at the base of the ear is with a JHP, don't remember the manufacture. The other two are with the cast bullet before HPing.
I'll get a pic of mine later, it's pretty much plain jane.

2 Dogs, this is the 300 GNR in question. A rechambered 30 carbine that also got a new barrel. ![](http://i1308.photobucket.com/albums/s601/markbconner/005_zps1083ab83.jpg)

I'm thinking my next 300 GNR will be a 5 shot custom cylinder gun.. Get a little extra length in the cylinder for more bullet outside the case. Stainless, Bisley, and D&T for sure. Thinking an 8 inch barrel too... I'm holding a consecutive serial number pair that I wanted some sort of special set on. Gary's 240 and 255 Banshee come close. Fired up about an 8 shot 255 but I just can't get inspired with the 240. I'm still trying to talk myself into it..

Yea for me you just described the perfect varmint revolver in that 8" five shot 300. Been thinking that exact same thing.
