supposed to be a record strength El-Nino this year... ( warmer & drier than normal in the northern third of the US ) I'm planning on shorts & t-shirt weather this winter, since it's "record" strength

I'll admit that I'm skeptical as well... figure if I put chains on the tractor, I might not need them???

2479 posts.... Anybody think we should put up a prize for post #3000? Heck I'd donate a coffee can full of brass as the prize. Winners choice. 44 Mag, 45 Colt... Once fired mixed headstamp. Anyone else think we should do it? I vote Yes...

Took us three years to get here... At the current rate of posts I'm thinking we might hit #3000 in another year or so.. Brass may be severely corroded by then...

I just purchased grips for a revolver that I don't even own (yet)... They were highly recommended in another thread and they're out of production (Uncle Mike's/Bear Creek). Besides I will one day own a Redhawk but it might be few years...

...I'm thinking we might hit #3000 in another year or so.. I'm thinking with a little effort during my downtime, I could hit that by the end of my shift tonight! Unless of course something breaks... which it usually does... which is why I'm here.... sigh

Raining here, too. I'm still going to the range to dial in the sights on this 480 SBH.
If the rain lets up I'll try and chronograph a couple Blue Dot loads; a 370 MC "plinker," and the pc Mihec 385 hp Dick sent me.

42 here yesterday... Cats eat better when the weather cools off... Hard to keep the fire pit going in the rain but they cook fine in the oven...
