Does anyone have any experience with them? I've hoped for Colt to bring them back for years, and I used to write USFA monthly for one, to no avail... I'd love to get a couple in .357; I understand that only .45 Colt and >44 Spl are being produced for now.
anyway; any feedback on them as far as relative quality campared to 2nd and 3rd generation guns?

I WROTE THES UP IN BOTH "GUNS" AND "AMERICAN HANDGUNNER" THIS PAST YEAR. BRIAN PEARCE WROTE THEM UP FOR "HANDLOADER" AND JEFF QUINN HAS THEM ON "GUNBLAST"

what are you looking for? First Stop Gun has some .45 and .44s in different bbl lengths, and I know I've seen more online. check Gunsamerica, Gunbroker, and Guns International and just search on "New Frontier". The only version I haven't seen out there are the .357s, which were always planned to lag behind in production.
