So does this function just fine in a 45 Colt? And what is a Millennium Finish?

Or, one could always just order up some .45 Cowboy Special brass (same length as 45ACP, but with a rim) and save the money on the cylinder. www.cowboy45special.com/cowboy45brass.htmlThat's what I shoot in my Uberti Birdshead:

Thanks, I've been waiting for them to come back in stock so I can make a mate to my Hombre (bottom with nickel finish.) Yes, they work just fine with an Uberti chambered in 45 Colt, although usually a gunsmith needs to fit them for proper timing. Millenium finish is the one on these two pieces; the top one was polished with Flits and the bottom is untouched. Poor picture quality, but it is just a matte finish. I've posted pics of these before in a different thread.
