Kinda of neat model. The long Bisley gripframe sort of negates the small package feel. Still a slick little limited edition. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

I guess I'll be the black sheep and say that the proportions are just all wrong on that gun. Maybe if you did some whittlin' on the butt of the grip.

Ideal place to apply Reeder's "Gunfighter" modification.

I would think you would want a Bisley grip frame to control the muzzle jump on a 3.75" bbl with full house 44 mag loads... but it does sort of not look right compared to the recent version with the regular grip frame. A rounded butt on the Bisley might make it look more proportionate, or at least add some cool factor. All-in-all a cool little gun.

I'm glad to see that they are offering a Sheriffs model length with adjustable sights. The grip frame is a minor inconvenience that is easily swapped

Ideal place to apply Reeder's "Gunfighter" modification. That is exactly right!

Would certainly much prefer it in a 45 colt as well, but admit thinking its pretty darn cute--even in 44.

It'd be perfect if it were roundbutted. ;D

Hey I am just thrilled they are Bisleys that are not the standard 7 1/2" blued or 5 1/2" stainless guns. I am looking forwards to what new runs they will bring out in the near future.
I would seriously toy with the idea of buying this one though, been thinking a 4" Bisley would be a pretty cool trail gun, this one would be a lot cheaper than a custom one would be...

I think those of us interested in one (or three, Axe!) in .45 Colt should start making our voices known to Lipseys now! I'll stash the sub .43 bore in the back of the toybox until a .45 appears. If it never does, I'll have some good trading fodder for one of y'all in a few years.

I would buy one. It looks very similar to a Horvath Li'l Gun.
