Finally got around to trying out this load in my .480 R. Group was fired offhand, standing at about 15 yards, two handed. Recoil was not bad at all, these "rubbers" really do it soak up. I was pretty pleased with this group, saving the rest for the 50 yard range. I got the tallest front site MR has and put on this as I knew it would be way high with the heavier bullets as the 325's were already a problem that way.

Thanks! I wondered if anyone would ask that. Remember I pulled one round to measure the bullets diameter which turned out to be .475 inch. I reseated the powder and bullet and shot it first in case it was a flyer. It was the one on the right of the tape, just touching. So much for that theory! I was pretty happy with that group for standing.
