I converted a 45LC Uberti Regulator to 38-40. Been shooting it a bunch and it is a joy with the Black or Smokeless. Tonight I was doing some "Gun Room Fondling" and picked up the Regulator. When I pulled the hammer back I noticed the cylinder not turning...Oh Oh! I knew it was a broken hand before I even disassembled it. I ordered a couple of them from VTI........Darn, I hate when this happens!

Dang, I thought you broke your hand! Glad you didn't -- the revolver can be fixed!

Bummer! I once had a Uberti Cattleman Single Action Army that broke the hand within the first 200 rounds... sold it off for a loss..... Love to have a US Firearms revolver! Lusted after the Double Eagle model for ages...don't see them offering it anymore, nor can I find one used....

Bad luck, easy fix. Smart to get a spare!
