I haven't had a chance to put it on paper yet, but it tagged along with me to a plate match this morning. I didn't have much ammo loaded. After I got the sights down to where it was hitting, I ran off 10 streight hit before I ran out. I don't know what the last owner was shooting, but he must have had it sighted in for 100 yards or so. Needless to say, I was pleased. Bill

Yeah, that would be love at first sight for me. Beautiful Ruger. I have an old flat loading gate .22 that has been a lot of fun for many years. Still tight as a drum after maybe 25,000 rounds. It took a lot of squirrels and rabbits when I was a kid. I even got a pheasant once flying away from me. I still call that my best shot ever, but I already had the gun drawn because I had just heard a squirrel in a nearby oak tree. It was a large pheasant and he tipped me off by chuckling behind me for a few seconds before he took flight. I felt like Buffalo Bill when I was cleaning it.
