A friend of mine wanted to shoot some videos for his courses to show the difference in FMJ and JHP. For the final shot, he asked me to shoot one. ;D This is what happens when you shoot a 12lb ham with a 325gr JHP out of a Ruger 480. These pics were pulled from the video so not the greatest quality, but the video is hilarious.

Judging from the image smearing of the chunks of meat heading outward methinks your tarp might be a touch on the small side

Turned that ham into spam! Nice pic, gives you an idea of the soft tissue damage... should have used hog heads, now that would have been fun! Would've been a lot of brains flying!

I shot an armadillo once at 10 ft with a 454 and a 300 grain xtp mag. The splatter radius for that combo - about 15 ft.
