Very impressive shooting Todd. Are you thinking you may need one just like it? -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Yes Axe, I was corrupted at an early age. My father was a bullseye shooter and taught me. I claim to be no shot, so the group I credit to a fine gun, the owners great handloads, and as for me, a blind hog find corn once in a while. My wife was taught by Dad also, so that's how she shoots her 475 Linebaugh too.
Lee, I've needed one since Cannon let me shoot his many years ago......
Whitworth, It was at the Seminar, and it was a great time had by all, with possibly one exception. I'll post a thread on the pics of the seminar in a seperate thread, if ya'll would like to see them.

I take it that is not an official range as I see the people standing around in the background obviously well ahead of the firing line, though off to the side. That would make me very nervous whether I was shooting or BS'ing.

I'd be willing to bet that the people in attendance are several steps above the average range goers. I know it is a no no in "theory", but I'd feel safe around the members here.

I'd be willing to bet that the people in attendance are several steps above the average range goers. I know it is a no no in "theory", but I'd feel safe around the members here. I would agree, however if presented with the situation pictured I would beat a hasty retreat. It only takes a split second to make a minor mistake in gun handling to be fatal. A year of so ago I had one of these mistakes happen to me and let a live round go off in my garage from a large caliber rifle. Bullet went thru my boat, ricocheted off my trucks hood, plowed into my wifes car window and thankfully stopped in the back after going thru the seat, before going out and beyond where my neighbor was entertaining a gaggle of gals on her porch. One split second of lack of focus is all it takes. When I think how I could so easily have killed my wife or either of my kids.. I dont think I will ever get over that one even though nobody was hurt. It happens so quickly. Dont mean to be preachy as I know most of the guys here are safe and superb gun handlers. I thought I was too, but its easy to make a mistake. I hope to never do that again. We as shooters cannot be TOO safe.
