If any of you have a loved one or family member who we recognize on this day, I thank you and them for what they have done. This website Lee developed for us is a wonderful reminder of the beauty and the power of the first and second amendments. May God bless our troops.

Annual tradition, weather permitting. A scenic solo ride out to visit Dad and his buddies at Camp Nelson National. Thank you to the brave who have served and currently serve in our armed forces, to preserve our rights, for us to be a free nation. Awesome shot Kap! Here is one form our trip to Washington a few years back.

I can't call my Dad from here and Skype is not lit on his end either. First year I will not have talked with him, a Korean War Master Sergeant with a Bronze Star, Purple Heart and incredible photo albums of his time there, both bad and on R&R. I saw him in March and noted, as he has aged turning 82 next week, that he really talks about his time there. Growing up he was pretty quiet about it. He is has been a great man, a great husband and a great Father.
