Just finished my gun room and thought I'd post some photos: I have a lot more to add, especially supplies (powder, bullets, brass, dies, etc). I also need to bring in a couple of other gun safes. This space won't house all of my guns, but it'll be home to the Sevilles, El Dorados, and Abilenes. In time I may add a secure door and bar the windows. Then I can construct a Seville display in the middle. Baby steps though, right? I'd like to see some of our member gun rooms too. So feel free to extend this thread. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

I would, but my tiki bar is 10 feet long. Would take up too much valuable gun room. It's a short walk though Whit (and those jars travel well ) -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Nice gun room!!! I especially like the knotty pine paneling!! Now all you need is either a bear rug or a wingback chair to sit and read Elmer Keith books in!! GREAT JOB!

That knotty pine looks more like cedar to me. Can't tell for sure. Would have to smell it to be certain. You're a bachelor, right, Lee? Only bachelors use concrete blocks as shelf stanchions. Wives generally don't permit it. Personally, I'm diggin' that con rod lamp! Incidentally others, doesn't that rabbit hunter on the Indian motorcycle look a little like our host?

Dang, majorkap. That is a nice man cave right there.
I don't know why, but the first thing that popped into my head looking at those pictures was, "I hope he (or his wife) doesn't ever want to replace the carpet in there..." Lots of big, heavy, bolted down stuff to move

Some derned fine man caves, gentlemen! I'm still years away from having my own cave as all the rooms in my house are currently occupied by kids (the nerve!). "KAPGUNS" seeme particularly appropriate and clever over the door. I never considered using a toolchest and rollaway to organize my goodies, but that's a great idea! Can you you tell us about the significance, if any, of the B&W photo you posted, MajorKAP?
