I am having an OM Ruger converted to 44 Special and was told Blu Magnum has been excellent to work with. Unfortunately, my computer may be too old or the browser too old to download a lot of sites. Blu Magnum seems to be one of them. Has anyone used them and if so do you have pictures of their product on your guns?

Tedd's quality is probably as close to perfect as you will get this side of Fishpaw. I just found that none of the shapes he offers work for me. The "thin" grips are too thin and the "teardrop" grips are too thick and slightly square. He did these smooth stags on an Old Model .44Spl by Jim Stroh and they have since been replaced with CLC ivory micarta.

Tedd put a set of Skeeter-profile stocks on my beloved Triple Lock: www.gunblast.com/Boge_TripleLock.htm...and he's currently fitting a set of one-piece Taffin-profile fancy walnuts to my USFA Shootist 44 Special. Tedd does beautiful work, and he's one of the nicest guys you'll ever deal with.

justahunter ............ you can access Tedd's Blu-Magnum web site as follows: blu-magnum.com. Don't forget to put the - between the words blu and magnum. Try this, maybe you'll have better luck.
Tedd made a custom set of antique paper micarta magna grips for my 3" S&W 66-2 and the fit and finish is exceptional ! I'm pretty certain he'll make whatever style you prefer for your OM Ruger SA. Give him a call.

Mr. Quinn
It may be the pictures, but it looks like there are gaps between the metal and wood.

Mr. Quinn It may be the pictures, but it looks like there are gaps between the metal and wood. Nope, that's just the lighting. I sent him the sixgun, and he fitted the stocks perfectly. The top picture shows what looks like a gap at the top of the wood behind the trigger guard, but that's where the steel rolls underneath so the light caught it. Likewise in the bottom picture, on either side of the frame at the top of the wood. There is a bit of space in the bottom picture at the bottom of the backstrap, where the end of the butt makes a bit of a radius. I am plenty happy with what Tedd did, enough so that I sent him my USFA Shootist 20th Anniversary sixgun and some more money. I am thinking about having him put a glossy finish on my Triple Lock stocks so the figure stands out better.

I agree with Boge 100% Here is my Power #5 that I have shown many times with Blu Magnum grips. Ted made these after I sent him the gun and a tracing of my hand. I have no other stocks on any handgun that feel as good as these do. Dan
