All, I have found in a mixed bag of once fired .45acp brass around 75 cases of an unusual round. Was wondering if anyone had any information on it.
It measures: Length: .961 (between 44 american and 44 russian) Rim Width: .480 Mouth: .455
It is clearly a 44 caliber round and includes this in the headstamp. The headstamp reads "44 AFF 4 in 1"

Sounds like a blank but I'm not sure which one exactly.

Thank you John. A friend of mine thinks he got this in a brass trade with Ray at Cabela's. I understand Ray is a friend of yours so I'm sorry, I forget Ray's last name but a very stand up fellow.
