Stan, as soon as I saw that Grim Reaper, I thought it should go to your Black Hole. Just what you need.

Oh yeah... A 4 inch 500 S&W is right up at the top of my list...

Seriously a like beast in 500 S&W with a little more barrel might fit me well. Traded for a few 500 S&W X frames when they first popped out. Way to much weight and bulk for me. John Linebaugh has it right. Still have brass and and dies though. Lots of .500 bore bullets and bullets molds too.

Guess I'd better start working a deal.... Can you imagine the recoil with full power 500 S&W ammo? You got one more sight blade? Did get your check for the last two headed out the other day..

Dang! And I was just about ready to spring for another too! How about I send Reeder a pair of consecutive serial number stainless blackhawks to become 8 shot custom Bisleys chambered for the 240 and 255 Banshee? That will give me 4 months to shoot the Reeder and Huntington Maximums. Thinking fairly vanilla with no more barrel than will fit in my current leather.. D&T for a leupold base for any precision work that might arrise in the next 30 years. Maybe one in black micarta and the other in white.. I'm about ready to box the pair up with Bisley hammers, triggers, grip frames and get them shipped!

Rather than D&T have him reweld and machine the topstrap to duplicate the Freedom Arms. Use FA sights and Lovell scope mounts and no extra holes in the top to look at when the scope is off.

You really should start shooting these fine firearms you are acquiring by the truckload, instead of simply photographing them (and your feet ;D) on your deck. Come on, Axe, do it! You might even enjoy it!

Diversion eh? FA sights? Not me! Just a little to specialized for my simple tastes. The Bowen sights with a Ken O'Neill front blade are all I need.. Of course I do like the looks of the T'SOB base best so that might be worth running to ground... Bottom line is irons will be primary on these. After all, turkey with a handgun in AL is strictly iron sighted.
