Ya'll were so taken with that Colt for sale, thought I'd show off mine. Its a Colt SAA .357 Magnum with S&W rear sight, Ruger front sight, Colt Navy backstrap, and home made grips: Work was done by Bob Mason, of Ed Mason Guns, Memphis. Keith Warner of Memphis put the Ruger front sight on for me, and did a little work on the gun also. Bob Wright

That's my kind of sixgun Bob. It looks very well done. Thanks for posting a picture of it. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Those upgrades really balance the look of the gun well Bob. And I may have to try that HS6 load in my Specials.

Those upgrades really balance the look of the gun well Bob. And I may have to try that HS6 load in my Specials. I have gotten very fond of HS-6 for .38 Spec., .357 Mag., .44 Spec., .45 Colt, .44 Magnum; all these for medium range to slightly potent. A cut above the mild target loads, HS-6 works well for me in slightly heavier that factory velocity in non-magnum loading, slightly less than fire-breathin' magnum loadings. Oh, and to answer another question, its a Second Generation Colt SAA. Bob Wright
