What are they made of and what BFR do you have? I am about to make the jump to one myself maybe. They seem to be pretty well thought of hereabouts.

Hey Tek how did you end up correcting the cylinder frame to grip frame misalignment issue?

Hey Tek how did you end up correcting the cylinder frame to grip frame misalignment issue? I haven't yet. I plan on tackling that after church today. I'll either notch the grips slightly or file the frame a bit. I am sure notching the grips will be easier, but I don't know which I'll do yet. Looks like it would only take a few passes with a file to correct it. I will stay away from the top where the grip frame meets the mainframe if I do file the frame

Very impressive. It's a shame BFRs don't come from the factory with grips like that. -Lee www.singleactions.com"Building carpal tunnel one round at a time"

Now I need to snap a few pictures outdoors so I can do the grips justice. Funny how something as little as a grip change can make you go from feeling luke warm about a revolver to in love with it! BTW, the other grips were a set of Pvt Schultz's SBH grips. He didn't have the grip frame to fit those to, so they need just a touch taken off the bottom. But, they fit perfect along the front and back strap, which is something that rarely ever happens when you get grips from a grip maker without sending the frame. Once I decide which revolver they will stay on, I will make a few passes along the bottom with some sandpaper and they will fit as well as the BFR grips.
