I have had keno slim of Klamath River Woodworks make grips for USFA single actions. Nice work and good fit. He requires that you send him the gun minus the cylinder. He is an FFL.

Collins Craft are very nice.I've used his 1-piece kits a couple of times and are a bargain at $50 if you don't mind doing the finish work.If you want perfectly fitted beautiful grips try Paul Persinger for $155.

Speaking of Collins grips, the one piece set below is one of his walnut 'kits.' I added the Colt medallions and applied the Tru-Oil finish. A word of warning about Collins though: I once owned a USFA and sent him my grip frame to fit one-piece micarta grips. Grips turned out fine but he dinged / dented my gripframe. I had to send the frame off to USFA for refinishing. The two of us never really came to understanding on the issue and I have been somewhat hesitant to buy from him again...
