You can also just grind off the length from the end of the base bin that comprises the safety, (the length that sticks out beyond the rear of the frame and blocks the hammer when the pin is inserted fully and into the safety notch) and from that point on fully insert it every time without concern of a safety.

Hello, actually there are two safeties on the new ubertis, one is the swiss safe thats part of the cylinder bolt [two notches] and the second is a little gizmo built into the trigger that activates with you put the trigger in its first click, it is supposed to aid in preventing the gun from going off if dropped, of course the safest way is to load just five and leave an empty chamber behind the hammer, hope this helps, pghrich
