I use cheapo fabric or faux leather cases for my revolvers and am looking at something a little nicer to carry them in besides the holser and throwing them in my range bag. Does anyone know of a good/reliable leather crafter who makes nice leather gun rugs/cases that have artificial shearling fleece linings? Would appreciate any referrals as my web search has come back pretty empty. Thanks.
PS- new to the sight, thanks for the help!

Those from King Ranch are really nice!
I'm getting into leather working and seriously think I'm gonna build a few out of elk hide.

Elk hide! Now your talkin'... If you take the leap and get started I'll sign up as one of your first customers! I need two, one 13X7 and one 15X7 both with artificial sheerling fleece lining. PM me when you're ready to get started!

I know this isn't helpful....
but couldn't you just take the sheep and turn it inside out?
Seemed funny at the time.
Now that I think about it, I could make one of those but sewing the thing manually (i.e., no machine) would seem to be a formidable task.

That Wyoming Centenial rug is beautiful! I love the 1890-1990 insignia, what a striking combination. Well done.

The differences are from OM to NM regarding "threads" and the Quik Kit mentioned would require more than just a simple set of barrels and cylinders screwing on and off a base frame. It's a little more involved than that. Saying it "can't" be done is not what I am saying...with enough money and time it could be done
